Mother makes public appeal over missing American tourist

The mother of a 32-year-old American tourist missing in Ireland for the past month has made a public appeal for information on his whereabouts.

Stephen Joseph Devaris, from New Jersey, arrived in Ireland in early July and was believed to have been travelling in Clare and Galway.
