Irish tsunami victim's family to help survivors
The family of an Irishman killed in the Asian tsunami is travelling to Thailand today to help survivors of the December 26 disaster.
Conor Keightley, aged 31, from Cookstown in Co Tyrone, was one of four Irish people killed when the massive wave devastated more than 10 countries around the Indian Ocean. He had been staying in the Krabi resort in Thailand.
Members of his family are planning to work in orphanages and help the relief and reconstruction efforts in the area.
