Trade union group IMPACT has said Aer Lingus has already used tactics to try push workers out of the airline.

Aer Lingus today denied reports claiming the airline considered a range of measures designed to encourage staff to quit, including tacky uniforms, awkward shift patterns and tedious training programmes, to push employees towards taking voluntary redundancy.
