Man arrested after hit and run

A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in a car park outside a nightclub in Co Tyrone.

The 21-year-old victim, who is believed to be from Omagh, was struck by a car outside the Glengannon Hotel, just off the main Belfast Road near Dungannon.

It is believed that two people were in the car when the incident occurred at about 2.30am.

Police have also seized a car in the Greystone area of the town and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
