The Department of Foreign Affairs have set up a contact line for anyone who may be concerned about friends or relatives in the region.

At the request of the family, the Department of Foreign Affairs won’t be releasing any details surrounding the identity of the victim.

The young girl died in a mini-bus as it was ferrying people to a local beach.

The Government has warned Irish tourists in the area to exercise caution and to be extremely careful at all times.
