FG and Labour outline coalition proposals

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny and Labour Party leader Pat Rabbitte today ruled out a joint election manifesto in favour of a "statement of intent" to enter coalition together.

The pre-election pact is slowly taking shape following informal talks between the two.
