Govt urged to address problems with Dublin Port Tunnel
Independent TD Finian McGrath is calling on the Government to address what he has described as major problems with the Dublin Port Tunnel.
Mr McGrath attempted to raise the matter in the Dáil this morning, but was not allowed to do so.
He said more than 200 homes had been damaged during the ongoing construction of the tunnel, while polluted water used in the building process was being discharged into the River Tolka.
He also said the roof of the tunnel was weak and almost collapsed a few days ago.
