Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has said Justice Minister Michael McDowell and his predecessors have serious questions to answer about garda corruption in Donegal.

In a report published yesterday, the Morris tribunal said the investigation into the death of cattle dealer Richie Barron in Co Donegal in 1996 was "prejudiced, tendentious and utterly negligent".
