Man dies in Co Clare road accident

A 21-year-old man has died after he lost control of his car and crashed into a wall in Co Clare.

The accident happened at 6.55pm yesterday evening, at Kilmore in Broadford.

The man has been named as Brendan Moloney from Main Street in Broadford.

He was the sole occupant of the car and no other vehicles were involved.

Gardaí from Killaloe are investigating the cause of the crash.
