Three inquiries launched after Co Meath school bus tragedy

Three separate inquiries have been launched into the tragic road accident that caused the deaths of five teenage schoolgirls in Co Meath yesterday afternoon.

The five are believed to have been aged between 13 and 16 and were pupils of Loreto Convent in Navan.
