McCartneys 'seriously concerned' by new threat

The McCartney family say they are seriously concerned by a new threat to them from what has been described as republican elements.

The PSNI confirmed the threat to Catherine McCartney last night.

It was said to imply that republican elements will take action against the family if they continue to discredit the republican movement.

A previous threat to the burn down the family's home was said to have come from criminal elements
