Kenny makes victim focus of crime debate

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny said today that it is time to put the victim at the centre of the debate on crime.

Addressing a party conference on the issue in Dublin this afternoon, he also called for radical changes to the way gardaí operate in order to deal with anti-social behaviour and lack of respect in society.
