Commission to probe missing Garda files

A commission of investigation is to be established to look into missing Garda files, arising out of the Dublin/Monaghan bombings of 1974.

Thirty-three people, as well as an unborn child, were killed in the explosions, which were carried out by loyalist paramilitaries.
