Oil spill causes traffic woe in Kildare

Traffic disruption is expected in Kildare today as a section of the M9 remains closed after an oil spill.

The northbound lanes near Kilcullen were closed after an oil tanker crashed and overturned yesterday afternoon.

Gardaí are warning motorists travelling to Dublin that traffic diversions may remain in place until as late as this evening.
