Gardaí release man in Cork drugs probe

Gardaí in Cork have released a man in his 20s who was arrested following a drugs seizure in Cork last night.

Cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €200,000 was discovered during a search of a house in the Togher area last night.

Meanwhile two men, who were arrested in a separate seizure in Dublin in which gardaí recovered cocaine worth €75,000 are still being detained at Raheny and Clontarf Garda Stations.

The arrests were made after gardaí stopped a car on the Clontarf Road at 6.50pm.
