Barnardos seeks constitutional safeguard for kids

Children's charity Barnardos has called for children to be given expanded constitutional protection to ensure vulnerable children are fully protected.

Barnardos made the call in a presentation to the Oireachtas Committee on the Irish Constitution on Tuesday afternoon.
