Birth rates among Irish teenagers have fallen significantly in the past 30 years, according to a report published today by the Crisis Pregnancy Agency.

The report said the birth rate among teenagers in 2003 was 18.8 per 1,000 girls in the 15-to-19 age groups, compared to 22.4 in 1973.
