Top architect Libeskind to speak in Cork

Renowned architect Daniel Libeskind is to speak at a special public lecture at Cork Opera House as part of the city's European Capital of Culture events.

Libeskind is renowned for his work internationally, including his plans for Ground Zeron in New York.

His acclaimed Eighteen Turns pavilion will open at Fota House in Cork in May 2005 and he will deliver a public lecture on May 5 at the Opera House.
