Murder hunt begins after body find

Gardaí today removed the human remains discovered last night at the Royal Canal in the north inner city.

Gardaí today launched a murder hunt following the discovery of a man's dismembered body in the Royal Canal in Dublin.

The remains have been removed to Beaumont hospital where a post mortem will be carried out.
