Call for end to millionaires' tax breaks

The Saint Vincent de Paul is calling for tax breaks, which allow the wealthy to get away with paying little or no tax, to be suspended.

The charity organisation has made a submission to the Department of Finance about various tax incentives including tax breaks for stud farm owners.
