PDFORRA slams Air Corps attempt to ‘silence’ witness
The body representing members of the Irish Defence Forces has expressed concern at a move by Air Corps management to prevent a soldier giving evidence before a Rights Commissioner.
PDFORRA said the soldier wanted to give evidence to the Rights Commissioner as part of a case being taken by his colleague.
