Woman in critical condition after Belfast stabbing

A woman in her 40s is in a critical condition in hospital this morning after being stabbed in the chest in west Belfast yesterday evening.

The victim was stabbed outside a house on Norglen Parade at around 5.30pm.

The PSNI has arrested a man in connection with the incident and has appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
