Week Against Racism starts with handbook launch

European Week Against Racism is being marked today with the launch of the first North-South handbook on dealing with the issue.

The National Consultative Committee on Racism says the problem is multi-faceted, spanning issues from discrimination in the workplace, verbal abuse, harassment and assaults to the distribution of offensive material on the internet.
