Harney urged to clarify meeting between Martin and civil servant

The Tanaiste, and Minister for Health, Mary Harney, is being urged to clarify the circumstances of a meeting between her predecessor at the Department of Health and its former Secretary General, Michael Kelly.

A report in today's Sunday Tribune said that Micheal Martin has confirmed that he met the civil servant in December, just days before Mr Kelly gave Mary Harney an inaccurate report into the nursing home charges affair.
