Govt urged to provide free travel to returning emigrants

The Labour Party has launched a campaign urging the Government to provide free travel to returning Irish emigrants.

The party said the Free Travel Scheme for old-age pensioners should be extended to cover elderly emigrants who return to Ireland for good or for a holiday.
