The number of secondary-school students in fee-paying education has reportedly increased by 22% over the past 15 years.

The number of secondary-school students in fee-paying education has reportedly increased by 22% over the past 15 years.

Reports this morning said 26,000 secondary-school pupils, around 10% of the total in the country, were enrolled this year in fee-paying secondary schools or private grind schools.
