The Democratic Unionist Party has claimed that the arrest of seven people in connection with alleged IRA money-laundering put paid to IRA denials of involvement in criminality.

Party spokesman Sammy Wilson also said the fact that at least one Sinn Féin politician was among those arrested showed that the IRA and Sinn Féin were the same organisation.
