EPA to hold oral hearing into Co Meath incinerator
The Environmental Protection Agency has arranged an oral hearing for next month into a controversial waste incinerator planned for Co Meath.
Indaver Ireland has already secured planning permission for the proposed facility at Carranstown, but an EPA licence will not be issued until after the oral hearing.
All interested parties will have an opportunity to present their views on the matter on March 7.
An identical hearing into Indaver's planned toxic waste incinerator in Ringaskiddy, Co Cork, has already been scheduled for February 14.
