Auctioneers predict buoyant property market in 2005

The Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute has predicted that house prices in Ireland will continue to increase at levels well above the rate of inflation this year.

The IAVI said a survey of its members had found that the market remained buoyant, with most developers optimistic about the coming year.
