Cleaner dies after O'Connell Street fall

A man in his forties has died after falling from the second floor a building on Dublin's O'Connell Street this morning.

It is believed he was cleaning a window on a building across the street from the GPO when he fell.

He was taken to the Mater Hospital where he died from his injuries. The Health and Safety Authority are investigating the incident.
