A former Derry republican has been jailed for a month for refusing to co-operate with the Bloody Sunday Tribunal.

A former Derry republican has been jailed for a month for refusing to co-operate with the Bloody Sunday Tribunal.

The man, known only as P.I.R.A. witness number nine, was jailed for contempt of the tribunal.

Sinn Féin's Martin McGuinness has said it was scandalous that he was the only person ever to be jailed because of the killings.
