An Post to take over collection of motoring fines

Motorists will reportedly be able to pay fixed fines at post offices nationwide under a new arrangement between An Post and the gardaí.

Reports this morning said An Post was set to take over the collection of fixed fines from the gardaí as part of plans to free up gardaí for frontline traffic duties.
