Belfast shop latest victim of arson attack
The PSNI is investigating the latest in a string of suspected arson attacks on business premises throughout the North.
The owners of shops in the Abbey Centre shopping centre in north Belfast were asked to inspect their premises this morning after a fire broke out in the stationery department of a Poundstretcher store.
Last night, a Homebase store in the Waterside area of Derry was evacuated after an incendiary device partially exploded in the shop at around 9pm.
Another incendiary device also sparked a fire that caused major damage to a B&Q outlet in Lisburn, Co Antrim, on Sunday night.
