Complaints against doctors up 30% in past five years

The number of complaints against doctors in Ireland reportedly increased by 30% between 1999 and 2003 compared to the previous five-year period.

Reports this morning said the Medical Council’s latest five-year term report showed that 1,231 complaints were received between 1999 and 2003.
