Curtin committee adjourns proceedings due to legal challenge

The Oireachtas sub-committee investigating Circuit Court judge Brian Curtin has adjourned its proceedings due to a legal challenge by the judge.

Judge Curtin has applied to seek a judicial review of the committee's demand that he hand over his personal computer for examination.
