Father considering civil action over attack on son
The distraught father of a man who died after receiving an “unmerciful” kick to the head today said he was considering civil action against his son’s attacker.
The inquest into the death of James Doyle, 44, who suffered from schizophrenia and was living in the Maple House Hostel on Dublin’s North Circular Road, heard he died on February 10, 2002 after a serious assault days earlier.
