A man is recovering in hospital following a shooting in Co Tipperary shortly after midnight.

A man is recovering in hospital following a shooting in Co Tipperary shortly after midnight.

The man was found with a gunshot wound to the lower back in Oakland Drive, Clonmel in the early hours of this morning.
