Council motions should save Bewley's buildings

Dublin City Council has passed a motion outlining a range of measures designed to save the Bewley's Cafés buildings on Grafton Street and Westmoreland Street.

Both establishments closed their doors at the end of last month, with the loss of around 200 jobs.
