DUP 'needs certainty' before any deal with IRA

Democratic Unionist Party MP Nigel Dodds has said that his party will not agree to any deal before the IRA's commitment to decommissioning is "nailed down".

The North Belfast politician said that he is appalled that the IRA has not engaged with the decommissioning body, even at this late stage.
