It is expected that if a deal is done to rescue the peace process, it will include the right of Sinn Féin MPs and MEPs to attend Dáil debates at least twice a year.

Sinn Féin president, Gerry Adams said that in the event of a deal later this week, he is confident Dáil representation would be part of the package.
