Gardai investigate attempted abduction of 10-year-old

Gardaí are investigating what they describe as “a suspicious approach” to a child in County Westmeath yesterday afternoon.

The 10-year-old boy was approached by a man in a laneway near his home in Tyrellspass at around 2pm.
