British fishing vessel detained off west Cork coast

The Irish Naval Service has detained a British-registered fishing vessel off the coast of west Cork on suspicion of breaching fishing regulations.

The Riedras was intercepted around 10 miles north-west of Bull Road last night and is being escorted to Castletownbere.
