FG leader calls for Budget that 'gives back' to Irish society

The Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny said today that it is time for the Minister for Finance, Brian Cowen, to give money back to the tax-payer and look after the more vulnerable in our society.

Deputy Kenny was reacting to figures released by Mr Cowen's department, which show a surplus in the public finances ahead of next Wednesday's budget.
