Gardaí hold pair over murder of Rachel O'Reilly

Two people are still being held by gardaí in connection with the death of Rachel O'Reilly.

Two people are still being held by gardaí in connection with the death of Rachel O'Reilly.

The 30-year-old mother-of-two was attacked with a blunt instrument at her home at Baldarragh, near the Naul in north Dublin, on October 4.

A decision will be made later on whether to extend the detention period of the two people in custody.

The two were arrested yesterday morning and can be held for a maximum of 72 hours without charge.
