Body of missing fishermen located
The body of missing fisherman Colin Donnelly has been located by police divers today.
Mr Donnelly drowned after his boat Emerald Dawn sank in the Irish Sea on Wednesday afternoon.
The wreck of the Emerald Dawn was located the following day, as was missing crew member Shane Murnaghan in a liferaft. He was taken to hospital in the Isle of Man.
Divers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland located the body of Mr Donnelly near the wreck of the ship early today.
Earlier Colin's father Bernard Donnelly, speaking from the harbour at Kilkeel, Co Down, said his family have been through a “living nightmare” since his son Colin went missing.
He also spoke of his relief that his son’s friend Shane was brought home alive.
