Pensioner left on trolley for 33 hours, claims report

The Mid-Western Health Board is investigating claims a 74-year-old woman was left on a trolley in an A&E ward for 33 hours.

The woman, who has not been named, is from Cappamore, in Co Limerick.

She was admitted to hospital on Monday afternoon with severe pain after a hernia operation.
