Reclaim Streets trial told of alleged 'fast, bloody' confrontation

A 19-year-old man told a jury at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court that Garda Donal Corcoran was the man who hit him in an assault he described as "fast, bloody and brutal".

A 19-year-old man told a jury at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court that Garda Donal Corcoran was the man who hit him in an assault he described as "fast, bloody and brutal".

Mr Oisin Breen, who was 17 at the time of the Reclaim the Streets demonstration on May Day 2002, also told the jury he was hit by other gardaí on the same occasion.
