A 19-year-old man told a jury at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court that Garda Donal Corcoran was the man who hit him in an assault he described as "fast, bloody and brutal".

A woman who claims she was struck on the back of the head with a baton during the May 2002 Reclaim the Streets demonstration has identified Garda Donal Corcoran as the perpetrator.

A community garda hit a May 2002 "Reclaim the Streets" demonstrator over the head with a baton after dragging him back by the hood of his sweatshirt, a jury has been told.
