Paisley praise for Bush re-election

The DUP leader Ian Paisley has welcomed President George Bush's imminent re-election.

Mr Paisley has said it sends a strong signal to those who are "engaged in terror". He said President Bush's strong policy and determined action against international terrorism had left it with no place to hide.

Mr Paisley also said Mr Bush had been a staunch defender of the family and other moral values and he is greatly encouraged at his firm stand on his religious convictions.
