Paisley demands visible proof of IRA decommissioning

Democratic Unionist Party leader Ian Paisley has reiterated his demand for visible proof of full IRA decommissioning.

Speaking last night, Mr Paisley said the DUP would not accept a "fudge" over IRA weapons.
